How leasing works in Tennessee (the part other dealers skip)
- Tennessee taxes each lease payment, not the vehicle's full price, so the advertised payment above will have state and local sales tax added to it. Ask us for the out-the-door monthly figure for your county.
- Due at signing covers your first payment, acquisition fee, title and registration, and any down payment the program requires. Loyalty offers (like the $2,500 Chevrolet lessee discount) reduce that number.
- Mileage: national lease offers are low-mileage (10,000 miles a year on the Silverado offer). Driving more? We can quote 12,000 or 15,000 miles - the payment goes up a little, the overage charge at turn-in goes away.
- You can lease a truck you'll later buy. Every lease carries a purchase option; many of our truck customers lease for 24 months and buy the truck at the end.

Do I have to be a current GM or Stellantis lessee? No. The base offers are open to well-qualified buyers; loyalty offers lower the amount due at signing if you qualify.
Is the $899 documentation fee included in the payment? No - it is shown separately at signing, never built into an advertised payment or price.
